I just wanted to drop you a note to thank-you for giving us such an excellent room for our cruise.

Everything about the room was wonderful. You put us on the Port side which provided great views of New Zealand throughout the cruise.

The room was very close to the elevators which took us right to all of the restaurants. The 10th floor was centrally located to just about everything we did on board.

You know your ships and really took care of us!

We worked with Lisa to plan a two week, multi-city trip through Europe. We had minimal specific requests outside of which cities we wanted to stop in, so we let Lisa really use her expertise to fill in the gaps. The process was an absolute breeze! She was very quick to get us our proposal, as well as revisions. The trip went seamlessly, and we loved all of the locations and hotels she booked us. We got right back into work after we got home and really haven’t had a chance to reflect on our trip much. We had a great time! No problem on the Seine River for the ship. We enjoyed such great food, service and tours. We would definitely do Viking again. Also, London was wonderful too. We saw so much, including 2 musicals, but would love to go back to see more in the next couple of years. Thanks for doing such a good job taking care of our travel arrangements. We’ll come see you next year for our next adventure!

I just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time! Everything was smooth without any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our ship time and excursions. Dianne and I made a few changes in our excursions and really felt like we had a well rounded experience, including culture, history, sightseeing glaciers, nature and adventure. We decided kind of last minute to do a helicopter ride to a glacier in Skagway. I have never done one before and have to say it is totally worth it when you can walk on a glacier! Anyway, I could go on and on, just wanted to say thank you so much for your guidance and suggestions and taking care of all the details, we really appreciate it!

P.S. My family really liked the whole cruise way of travel and even put down a deposit for a future cruise before even getting off the ship! Sooo, I have a feeling we will be visiting you again!

We just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for planning such an AWESOME trip for our family!!! Everything you planned exceeded all of our expectations in every way. You didn’t miss any details and we came back with such an appreciation for all things European to put it simply. Our accommodations were VERY, VERY comfortable and luxurious. We all had plenty of room without tripping on one another. In every hotel, transfer and tour, the staff were all very accommodating and made us feel special and welcomed.
